Our workshop is a fully immersive experience from the moment you enter the venue until the end of the day. During the workshop all participants receive enriching, fun, and experiential tools, through which they advance their personal growth, teamwork, and ability to be a better part of an organization:

• Being taken more seriously: Thanks to our professional drumming kits, we have the ability to provide you practical tools for life as well as a unique, fully immersive drumming experience. So, while you might not leave here a professional drummer, you did gain practical knowledge by playing another instrument- one that is moving, rhythmic, and easily available.
• Rhythm and listening: Common drumming demands unique listening abilities, both to the environment and the private rhythm of each and every participant. Of course, the analogies surrounding the meaning of the beats and rhythms in our lives come up naturally in each workshop, and create an interesting ambiance.

The importance of things in each scale: In the segment of the workshop which reflects fundamental issues of organizational theory, the team splits into small groups where they experience together the empowerment possible thru working in a small group and its importance in relation to working within a larger group.
