The workshops do not require any musical experience, and are suitable for any team or group. Up to 31 participants, all participants play on a professional drum set.

The workshop deals with the connection between the drums and the rhythm and the joint work as a group. Within the group, people have the desire for self-realization, to influence, and of course to contribute. In every group work there are important moves through which it is possible to produce an optimal quality of coordination and mutual connection.
In order for managers in companies to be able to keep up with the pace of the business world, as well as the obscene and varied demands placed before them and the goals they must meet, while demonstrating management skills and teamwork, they must have unique tools. This is a complex and challenging task that requires many and complex skills. And what if we told them that in one experiential workshop you could give many of them to managers in your company?
Yes, a workshop can be held for up to 62 participants, divided into two groups that drum one after the other.
There is no need for musical knowledge or experience of any kind to participate in the workshop. The workshop is adapted for participants who have never played drums. If there are participants who know how to play drums, during the workshop they will receive playing tasks according to their musical ability.
The workshop complex is an acoustic complex, isolated and specially built for activities with noise. The drum sets were specially made for the workshop. Each drum system has been silenced so that the playing volume is not particularly high. In addition, each participant receives noise isolating headphones and earplugs if necessary.
Yes, we provide dairy kosher food, but not “strict” kosher. The food we provide is purchased from kosher suppliers only. Everything arrives fresh, about an hour before the start of the activity.
Yes, it is necessary to update the number of participants in advance, so that we can prepare accordingly
No. In our workshop we don’t play percussion instruments, not drumsticks or the body! We are the only workshop in Israel (and probably also in the world) where every participant plays a real and professional drum set. Beyond the playing experience, the content of the workshop is unique only to us!!
Yes, there is a possibility that we will come to your company. But it is important to know that the cost of such a production is very high! Transporting and setting up our complex at your place requires a lot of work. Therefore, you should invite us to you, only if you are interested in going through a day/s of activities for the whole company with us
